Leadframe Digital ("Leadframe," "we," "us," or "I") is a one-person Google Business Profile management service run by Daniel (Danny) in the United States. This policy explains what information this website collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
We collect what you type into our forms:
- Free Map Pack audit: your name, business name, email address, your Google Maps link (or whether you have a Google profile yet) and, if you share it, your phone number.
- Free Review Engine Kit: your name, business name and email address.
- Emails or texts you send us: whatever you choose to include.
Information collected automatically
We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site. Like most websites, our host (Netlify) keeps basic server logs, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to run and protect the site. Our fonts load from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads.
How we use your information
- To prepare and send the audit or kit you asked for
- To reply to you, including by phone call, text or email about your request
- To provide our services if you become a client
- If you requested the free kit, to send occasional tips about getting found on Google. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.
- To keep the site secure and prevent spam
We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not share it for other companies' marketing.
Who we share it with
We share information only with services that help us run the business, and only as needed:
- Netlify, which hosts this website and stores form submissions
- Our email provider, which delivers messages to and from us
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions for as long as we need them to follow up with you or serve you as a client, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.
Your choices and rights
- Ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us
- Unsubscribe from tip emails using the link in any email
- Ask us to stop calling or texting you by replying STOP or telling us
Depending on where you live, state law may give you additional rights. To make any request, email daniel@leadframedigital.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Security
We use reputable providers and keep access to your information limited to us. No method of storing data online is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This website is for business owners and is not meant for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
